RL has offered to host the Sunday, September 5 meetup at his home in Goddard. He built an outdoor stone seating area and fire pit to be proud of, which you can see in his profile photos (http://www.wichitaath...).

Be sure to eat lunch beforehand, since we'll only have some light refreshments there. Just bring yourself, your friends, and some lawn chairs.

"Becoming a free thinking individual was a long, mentally expanding experience for me. I chose to leave behind my worship based teachings in my late teens as I began to question who else was in my head with me and came to the conclusion that I was alone in there. When I started building my stone seating area (Throne I call it), I was fascinated with the fact I was building something out of the top layer of my planet that was currently breaking off. I understood that the fossilized sea life I was finding in some of these natural stones connected me to my ancient biological past. Once I began to create with rock, I acquired an all new appreciation for the planet that gives me life. I have an overwhelming sense of peace when I sit upon my backyard Throne tending a fire while listening to the sound of water falling into my natural stone interconnected pond. I Hunt the Stone and Hound the Rock with a free mind. I offer my area of collected mother Earth and free thought to likeminded peaceful people."
