The Missouri State University Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster is putting on its annual freethinkers rally November 19 through 21 at the Springfield Expo Center in Springfield Missouri. They have put together a powerhouse lineup of speakers including: Dan Barker, Richard Carrier, PZ Myers, James Randi, Sam Singleton, and many more. If you enjoy making a general ruckus with fellow atheists, there will be plenty of that too.
Auditorium seating is limited to 1500 and over a thousand seats have already been reserved. The MSU Pastafarians expect to have the place booked soon. If you know you want to go, sign up at the Skepticon website as soon as you can. Registration is free, although donations are welcome. We will iron out transportation and lodging details in the following weeks.
