River City Brewing Co. is a favorite restaurant of the Wichita Atheists Meetup. It has a good central location in Old Town, good food, and friendly service.

Location: 150 N Mosley St

Getting there: (map) The easiest way to get to Mosley is via Douglas. Mosley is somewhat hard to spot from there; just look for the first red brick and iron arch one block west of Washington, and turn through it. That will have you heading north on Mosley. River City Brewing Co. is on the east (right) side of the street, just under a block north of Douglas. The sign for the restaurant can be hard to spot, but it's painted there on the west side of the building, along with a sign for Loft 150, which is in the same building. The door faces west, accessible via a verandah.

Parking: Parking lots surround the building on the north, east, and south sides, but the spaces are very tight. You might also find some open spaces along the west side of Mosley, and once the 1st St construction is done, there will be a few spaces on its north side.

Reservations: Yes, they take reservations.

How to find us: Ask the hostess for the "Atheists Meetup" reservation. We'll also have our usual tabletop signs up. We're typically seated in the northwest or southwest corner, or along the north wall.

Menu: (.pdf menu link) A little bit of everything, with an emphasis on grilled items and their own brews.

Recommendations: Fish & Chips, Chicken tenders, Greek wrap; The burgers are good if you like them lean.

Atmosphere: Space is tight but comfortable. Incoming noise can be a problem on busy nights, but our own outgoing noise just blends in. The decor is about what you'd expect to find in a 100-year-old commercial building.
