Whiskey Creek is a favorite restaurant of the Wichita Atheists Meetup. It has a good central location in Old Town, good food, and friendly service.

Location: 231 N Mosley St

Getting there: (map) One easy way to get there is take Washington and turn west onto 2nd St (which is a one-way street). Then turn south (left) onto Mosley one block later. Mosley is narrow and easy to miss, so kept a close eye out for it. Once you're on Mosley, you'll soon see Whiskey Creek to your right, on the west side of the street. The door is on the east face of the building. You can also take Douglas and turn north onto Mosley, then drive for almost two blocks, and Whiskey Creek will then be on your left.

Parking: There is a small public parking lot southeast of Whiskey Creek. There is also a public parking garage with an entrance immediately south of Whiskey Creek.

Reservations: Yes, they take reservations. They also have a large back room that would be worth reserving if we can consistently get high (15+) attendance.

How to find us: Ask the hostess for the "Atheists Meetup" reservation. We'll also have our usual tabletop signs up. In case we reserve the back room, you can find it at the west end of the building.

Menu: (.pdf menu link) Emphasis on a wide variety of grilled items.

Recommendations: Stick with the mainstream grilled items for the freshest dinner.

Atmosphere: Space is very open and comfortable. Acoustics are great for a meetup of noisy atheists, since sound doesn't carry very far in the open space.
